Ponteland House Clearance NE20 Case Study
The client reached out to us asking for assistance in clearing a sizable five-bedroom detached house located in an affluent area of Ponteland. After retiring from a prosperous banking career, he desired to relocate with his family to the countryside and begin anew in his new home, starting with new furnishings etc. To that end, we were asked to clear most of the house; however some furniture and personal items such as artwork needed to be transported to his new home.
We assigned a team of six of our house clearance specialists and two vans for the task, to ensure it was completed in one day. We started bright and early and immediately began collecting all the items marked for storage. The valuable furniture pieces and artworks were handled with extra care while putting them into the vans for transportation to our customer’s new home.
We ensured our customer’s requested items were safely transported and with the help of our retail unit, we were able to sell the other high-quality furniture. This enabled us to reduce the bill for our client. Moreover, we happily donated the rest of the furniture and items from the house clearance in Ponteland to two charities in Newcastle who expressed their appreciation. This meant that nothing needed to be disposed of as it was either, sold to reduce the bill, kept by the customer or donated to charity.
