Newcastle House Clearance NE4 Case Study
FHC was called upon to carry out a property clearance in Newcastle upon the request of the daughter of the property owners. Our team made arrangements with her over the phone and arrived at the location promptly at 9am. Our three uniformed and fully-qualified members of staff began the task, following the usual protocol, and completed the removal of all items from the house and garage area by midday.
The amount of rubbish cleared from the property weighed a total of around 1.5 tonnes. The rubbish was transported to a nearby recycling center in North Shields where it was properly sorted and disposed of. The driver then made his way back to the property where the other two staff members had the final load of items ready to be taken to a charity organization.
