Our customer called and after explaining that it was very cluttered and hoarded we said it was best to send photographs over email to provide a accurate quote. Upon viewing the photo’s we could see that it was an extreme hoard and it would take more than one day to clear. Our team got the the property at 9am and were greeted by the customer who let them in, give them the key and then left to go home until we called them when we were finnished for the day. Once they had looked around the property, our driver left the other two staff members to start clearing while he went to go get more large dump bags from the closest DIY store. The first day was spent just shovelling the surface rubbish into bags and dragging them on to the van. Three loads were done on the first day leaving mainly just the furniture and a pile of clutter in one of the bedrooms. They went back the next day to finish the job off. There was nothing in the house for charity because it was damp and very dusty so all the furniture was in too poor of a condition to donate to charity and all the rest was mainly waste. The team did find a box of old family photographs for the customer that they kept to one side. The second day took two van loads to clear the house of all the left over waste, furniture and carpets. The team called the customer once they were finished and they came to collect the keys and see that everything was clear as requested.
