When we were contacted by the late homeowner’s nephew to clear out the house, he told us that the family had taken what they wanted and were leaving the rest for us to come and take. It was a two bedroom semi-detatched house in Cockermouth.

We also got a scrap collector out to come take the metal stuff such as the cooker and so on, this was to save our customer having to pay an extra van load.
