In this case, our customer had precise requests due to the presence of valuable items in the property. She informed us that her father, who was an antique dealer, had recently passed away and the house contained valuable pieces of art, antique clocks, and other collectibles. She wanted these items to be found and kept separate as she planned to sell them at auction to cover the expenses associated with her father’s passing.
