House Clearance Blyth Case Study
Our team was assigned the job of removing all clutter and vermin from a 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Blyth. Furthermore, we had to clear an outbuilding and take away all carpets as well as performing a thorough one-time deep cleaning.
We dispatched 6 of our licenced, uniformed personnel in 2 large luton box vans to the overcrowded and mouse-ridden property. Inside they found decaying food, human and animal excrement, dead mice, and sanitary rubbish.
Our house clearance team took two days to completely rid the house of all of the rubbish within the property. There was a significant amount, including numerous dead mice that had to be bagged, and disposed of properly as per regulations. Other clutter included clothing, toys, newspapers, magazines, empty food cartons, boxes, and bulky pieces of furniture.
Once the house clearance in Blyth was finished, the men gave the place a thorough clean but the house was still in quite bad condition as it was that dirty to begin with. Our client emailed us last week after having the place gutted and renovated and couldn’t thank us enough for getting it ready to do so.
