Our Simple Process

  • On the day of your appointment our team will arrive at the property at 9am and will stay until the property is emptied.
  • We ALWAYS keep anything that can be re-used or donated to charity to one side. Or anything else specified by you such as sentimental or valuable items.
  • Once the clearance is complete we will provide you with an invoice which is payable by card, cash or bank transfer.

We are a house clearance company that specialises in clearing all types of properties throughout the whole of England, Scotland and Wales – It doesn’t matter how cluttered, hoarded or dirty the property is, our team will get it cleared for you.

Yes! We try our hardest to give as much to charity as possible assuming that the charities will accept the items because some items have to be in a particular condition, we donate things from house clearances to various charities on a weekly basis.

Prices can vary depending on each individual house clearance. After speaking to you over the phone or via email we can provide you with a quote. Our quotes are transparent with no hidden costs. We recycle as much as possible! About 80% of property contents are recycled on average. The remaining items will be donated to charities/animal shelters or kept behind for you the customer (if requested).

Yes! Once we accept a house clearance we will make sure that the full property gets cleared even if it has to be spread out over a longer duration (if the job is bigger than anticipated for example although this is rearely the case). We get most properties cleared within 3-6 hours all on the same day.

This is not a problem for us as it attends to occur more than you might think! After over 20 years in the house clearance industry we can honestly say that there is not much that we haven’t seen. We are fully trained and prepared to take on any clearance no matter how dirty or cluttered it may be. We have had many customers in the past who have been a bit embarrassed due to a family members hoarded house so you can ensure that we can be discreet if need be.

We use the biggest suitable van for house clearances which are lo-loader Luton vans. These vans are the largest vans available in the 3.5 tonne weight class. The full contents of most standard house clearances will fit in just 1-2 van loads with our vans compared to most companies which use smaller transit luton vans that will require around 3-5 van loads per standard house clearance. If there is any items/paperwork/family photos/furniture and so on in the property that you would like to keep then we will make sure it’s kept safely to one side for you. We can also transport any item’s that you wish to keep to a destination within the area.

Yes! We are a fully licensed company, our license was issued by The Environment Agency. You may not know this but members of public have a DUTY OF CARE to make sure that any company handling their waste is licensed to do so by the Environment Agency. 

Absolutely not! We dispose of all waste responsibly and 100% legally and as a legitimate, established house clearance company we despise fly-tippers. So much so that we have joined AFTA – The Anti Fly-Tipping Association of the UK to try help put a stop to it and also to give our customers additional peace of mind when using our services.

We have the facilities to accept payment via cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Each customer is provided with an invoice once payment has been made. The invoice is for your personal records and it holds our company details.

That is no problem, we encounter this on a regular basis. There are a number options if you can’t be there on the day of the clearance:

  • Leave the keys with a neighbour or someone close by (our driver will pick them up)
  • Post the keys to our head office if the job is booked in advance
  • We can book you in for another day
  • Hide the keys in a safe area around the property, for example – under a plant pot in the garden

This is not a problem, we often work with overseas clients. We can work with you over the phone or via email to find out what needs to be done and to book you in. Then we can meet a family/friend at the property or pick the keys up (unless you have them in which case they can be posted to us) and once the property is emptied we will send you photo’s and take payment via bank transfer and send your invoice via email (or post if you require a physical invoice).
